Feature & Function:

The on-line coated reflective float glass is produced by using CVD technology (chemicalvapor deposition) that creates a perfect uniform layer of metal oxide chemicallybonded to the surface of the glass. As this hard chemical layer is fullybonded to the glass, the glass can be cut, bent, tempered, heat strengthened andlaminated without affecting the coating.

熱反射玻璃一般是在玻璃表面鍍一層或多層諸如鉻、鈦或不銹鋼等金屬或其化合物組成的薄膜，使產(chǎn)品呈豐富的色彩，對于可見光有適當?shù)耐干渎�，對紅外線有較高的反射率，對紫外線有較高吸收率，因此，也稱為陽光控制玻璃，主要用于建筑和玻璃幕墻；低輻射玻璃是在玻璃表面鍍由多層銀、銅或錫等金屬或其化合物組成的薄膜系，產(chǎn)品對可見光有較高的透射率，對紅外線有很高的反射率，具有良好的隔熱性能，主要用于建筑和汽車、船舶等交通工具，由于膜層強度較差，一般都制成中空玻璃使用；導電膜玻璃是在玻璃表面涂敷氧化銦錫等導電薄膜，可用于玻璃的加熱、除霜、除霧以及用作液晶顯示屏等；鍍膜玻璃的生產(chǎn)方法很多，主要有真空磁控濺射法、真空蒸發(fā)法、化學氣相沉積法以及溶膠—凝膠法等。磁控濺射鍍膜玻璃利用磁控濺射技術可以設計制造多層復雜膜系，可在白色的玻璃基片上鍍出多種顏色，膜層的耐腐蝕和耐磨性能較好，是目前生產(chǎn)和使用最多的產(chǎn)品之一。真空蒸發(fā)鍍膜玻璃的品種和質(zhì)量與磁控濺射鍍膜玻璃相比均存在一定差距，已逐步被真空濺射法取代�；瘜W氣相沉積法是在浮法玻璃生產(chǎn)線上通入反應氣體在灼熱的玻璃表面分解，均勻地沉積在玻璃表面形成鍍膜玻璃。該方法的特點是設備投入少、易調(diào)控，產(chǎn)品成本低、化學穩(wěn)定性好，可進行熱加工，是目前最有發(fā)展前途的生產(chǎn)方法之一。溶膠—凝膠法生產(chǎn)鍍膜玻璃工藝簡單，穩(wěn)定性也好，不足之處是產(chǎn)品光透射比太高，裝飾性較差。
