　　1.Structural characteristics of toughened glass with glue

　　夾膠玻璃是兩片或數(shù)片浮法玻璃中間夾以強(qiáng)韌PVB（乙烯聚合物丁酸鹽）膠膜，經(jīng)熱壓機(jī)壓合并盡可能地排出中間空氣，然后放入高壓蒸汽釜內(nèi)利用高溫高壓將殘余的少量空氣溶入膠膜而成。為了方便客戶及設(shè)計(jì)師更高的要求，可提供多種pvb膠片供客戶選擇（透明，乳白，網(wǎng)點(diǎn)和客戶色）。產(chǎn)品特性安全性高，由于是中間層的膠膜堅(jiān)韌且附著力強(qiáng)，受沖擊破損后不易被貫穿，碎片不會脫落，與膠膜緊緊地粘合在一起。

　　Glue-coated glass is made of two or several pieces of float glass with strong and tough PVB(vinyl polymer butyrate)film in the middle,which is combined by hot press and discharged as much air as possible,then put into high-pressure steam kettle and dissolved a small amount of residual air into the film by high temperature and high pressure.In order to meet the higher requirements of customers and designers,we can provide a variety of PVB films for customers to choose(transparent,opalescent,dot and customer specified color).The product features high safety,because the middle layer of the film is tough and strong adhesion,it is not easy to penetrate after being damaged by impact,debris will not fall off,and it is closely bonded with the film.
